Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

Every order from Teestylestudio ships free, anywhere in the world. No minimum order, no hidden thresholds, no “free shipping over $50” fine print. If we sell it, we’ll ship it to you at no extra cost.

How long it takes

Most orders follow the same rough timeline:

  • Processing: 3–5 business days. This is the time between your order and the parcel leaving our warehouse.
  • Transit: 7–15 business days to most destinations.
  • Total, door-to-door: typically 10–20 business days.

During peak shopping periods (late November through early January, and around Mother’s/Father’s Day), expect an extra 2–4 business days. We’ll email you if anything looks like it’s going to be significantly delayed.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed off to the carrier. If you don’t see the email within a week of ordering, check your spam folder, then reach out to us.

Customs & import duties

Shipping is on us — but import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country’s customs authority are not. These are outside our control and depend entirely on where you live and your country’s thresholds. Most orders arrive without any duties, but if your country charges them, the fee is the buyer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to exactly what you enter. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange a reshipment — you’ll need to cover the cost of the second dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10+ business days, or your order is more than 30 business days late from the shipping date, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either resend the order or refund you in full.

Countries we don’t ship to

We ship to most countries, but occasionally trade restrictions or carrier limitations mean we have to decline a small number of destinations. If your country isn’t accepted at checkout, please reach out — we may still be able to sort something out.
